Serve your documents in these simple steps
1. Contact our friendly team to begin your instruction
2. Provide us with your documents (we can collect from your office, or print and collate them for you)
3. Our process server will make 3 attempts to serve your papers and we will keep you informed every step of the way
4. On completion of the service, affidavits, statements of truth, or certificates of service will be prepared and sworn to meet your requirements.
Serving your documents may require out of hours attendance, and that is included within our standard fee.

What does process serving mean?
Process Serving is the service of any legal document usually by an agent who is referred to as a process server.
How much does a process server cost?
Process Serving costs between £75 and £150 for most regular non urgent services. Urgent service can cost around £250 per service.
How does process serving work?
The usual method of process serving is for the required legal documents to be forwarded to a process server.
These documents are then taken to the required address of the individual or Company that they are to be delivered to and then handed to the relevant party or an officer/person authorised to accept service on behalf of the relevant party. At this point, your documents have been served.
